Can Emergency/Specialty be Warm and Fuzzy?

When I left my job as a Practice Manager of a general practice to move into
the role of Hospital Administrator of an ER/Specialty Group in Mt. Pleasant,
South Carolina, one of the things I thought I would miss the most was the ability to
offer my clients the warm and fuzzy things that would bond them to the practice.
